I don't know what compelled me to do a search for that Mythic Fail of a Show, but I'm glad I did when I came across the Wikipedia entry for it.

Someone had edited the first paragraph of the entry to say:

"Smash Lab is a television show on the Discovery Channel that really sucks hardcore. The basis of the show is to suck hardcore."

Which is really, really, really funny, because everything done on that show was a Fail that "Epic Fail" can't cover.

As of at least 2:00 P.M. my time (11 minutes ago), it was edited back to saying the airdate times.

Fun while it lasted.

No. If it were me, I would knock everything about the program.

However, that hell would require watching it again to pull out the Mythic Failure points and call them out on it and belittle their limited intelligence for being in field requiring understanding of what the frak you're doing.

It is THE worst show to have every hit the television in the last 10 years. I have yet to see worse. I see things that get close (The New Knightrider, for instance, but it's still significantly better than Smash Lab).

Smash Lab was so horrible, it should have gotten an award for "Worst Television Show of the Year" for each year it was on - that's two years it was on. Further still, they could have put it against other television shows that have gotten the "terribad" reputation, and it probably would have been crowned a winner out of it all, with all the other "terribad" televisions shows it ran against getting in a distant second place. That's how bad this show was.
