Bullshit

I'm just showing the requests list, screenshotting each of the internal posts is both tedious and unnecessary, as they all end with "I would make such an amazing Art Piece out of it! If you don't mind." Shit is suspicious as fuck. The "Realsofia" account is the most legitimate one, but just steals art. Four of the other five have been deactivated, with the fifth soon to follow.

Still getting feel for digital drawing. I've been dabbling with the other tools in FireAlpaca, and I know full well I am my own limitation on the stuff I can do it in it. Unfortunately, I've been unable to drop a full weekend on doing a single, large project, only able to drop a few hours into doing something at any given time.

So far, just about all I've done is thrown a few lines on a digital canvas and slapped some color on it and called it good, and it is leaving me disappointed. Methinks I can do more, but I need more familiarity with the tools I have my disposal, and that also requires some dedicated time I haven't really been able to grab.

Chuatury "ChuChu" Panlunch just delivers the most satisfying punch in this episode. It's set up to be right from the receivers perspective, but switches to a different view and you can see the connection. And that unnamed chick on the receiving end? Out like a fucking light. Holy hell is it just satisfying to watch, and the sound of the hit makes it sound just as mean as it looked. They then play the hit-perspective straight with the second unnamed girl getting blasted in the face later on in the same scene - you see, from the receivers perspective, the lights-out punch. That first chick getting lights'd out had me rolling with laughter. *Blam*

Little bit of a yelp from the girl.

Body attempts to recover, slumps over. BSoD. And I'm laughing. It's like those hitstops in DBZ, but it *looked* real. Hard hit, body attempts to recover, but the brain is a friggen mess and needs to reset. I'll be. . . upset . . . if anything untoward happens to ChuChu in the series. There's more to this girl than is currently known. She slaps a ratchet against a metal wall, and puts a massive dent in said wall earlier in the episode. As for Suletta, someone had said her mental break in the cockpit of the Demi Trainer was out of character. . . well, no, it isn't. She's been forced to repeat an exam 6 or so times, one because she didn't recruit a operator and a mechanic for, and the other ones because the two whorebiscuits that got knocked the fuck out were fucking around (to eventually find out, as noted earlier). The girls had sprayed a delayed reaction black-out spray on the Demi Trainers ONLY camera, that would activate some minutes later and effectively blind the pilot. So she's being bullied, doesn't know why, doesn't understand why. And she doesn't know she's being bullied. She goes completely into blaming herself, and it isn't registering that what is happening *isn't* her fault. Where she was at. . . is where you see people take the "easy" way out of life. (I do *NOT* say that lightheartedly - I've *been* that low and have had thoughts of going that way). But a few things snap her back into reality. While she's crying her eyes out, she's made aware of ChuChu now in a fight fight with the second girl, the first girl unconscious (whom does not recover in the episode). She's now overly stressed, with constant failure because the Demi Trainer only has a main camera, no secondary cameras, and the sensors apparently suck. She gets to the end of her rope, and breaks down, wanting to go home, because she thinks she won't graduate. I think this episode, either advertently or inadvertently, handled the effects of bullying, in a way a microcosm of the greater SocioEconomic setting of the world itself. Suletta really didn't have anyone else her age growing up (from what I gather) and this would, actually, be her first time encountering people who just don't like her, simply because she's a "country bumpkin." She actually has more piloting skill than most of the other people in the series, as shown, thanks to a massive amount of simulator time and probably much practical experience with Aerial itself (with some of the tie-in novels between Episode 0: Prologue and Episode 1), but she's now in an unfamiliar trainer suit with severely hampered ability. And having your screens go black (technically, they function, but the head camera is blacked out) is probably something she never thought to train for. As the story went on before her mental break, she and her operated were improving times on the obstacle course she was on, with the massive handicap of being unable to see, and the sensors being next to absolutely useless.

Well. . .

Had applied to join the BPL Discord during the run of the Tex Talks Marauder video, and come to find out the stupid fucking URL Steam gives is just invalid. And that was one of the requisits the BPL had, was to show off your steam profile. Took over a year to fucking figure out on my end after hearing nothing from them for that period of time. And the only reason I figured that out, was because I was linking it in another profile and figured I'd test it.

So, fuck you, Steam.

Nothing like getting a fail because a platform doesn't have its shit together, and the default URL it gives you leads to an invalid page.

And I'm lost on interest on bothering again in the future.

Might have been better off if I didn't have a life-crisis that knocked me out of being active in the BattleTech/MechWarrior Community for years. I'd actually be known in the community.

For what, I don't know. Hell, even in Multiplayer Games (Like PSO2) I'm more talkative in Discords that are related to it than in the actual game lobbies. Mostly because SEGA has it in their head to ban everyone for the slightest infraction of their overly braod ToS. I won't be surprised if they end up banning people for wearing the friggen outfits they (SEGA) made for the game. _________ I need to get back into my 3D work. I still have the Stormbringer to finish, and I do have other projects I'd like to work on.
